Also known as MJ, a Certified e-Commerce Professional in the Philippines, the Head of Digital Business at Airfreight 2100, Inc., the delivery service in the Philippines more commonly known as Air2. His great contribution for Air21 has stemmed since his involvement in 2010, where he lead the company from Sales and Business Development to Marketing and Communications. Apart from that, he has built a strong rapport among a vast clientele by being a known consultant for entrepreneurial developments for e-commerce. His outstanding portfolio is supported by being closely affiliated with the Digital Filipino Club, Internet Mobile Marketing Association of the Philippines (IMMAP), UREKA Forum and the Digital Commerce Association of the Philippines (DCOM).

Jovita "Joy" Polloso is the Senior Vice-President of Filinvest Land Inc.- Commercial Centers and Retail Management Group. She has more than 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, developing commercial and retail models, as well as managing the business and operations of top conglomerate real estate developers in the Philippines. Her expertise in business development planning, project management, brand creation and center management operations provides opportunities for her present company to expand and grow footprint for its commercial centers leasing business portfolio. 

Ms Polloso also has international retail management exposure with one of Singapore's largest estate developers. She has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the prestigious Ateneo Graduate School of Business, Philippines, and Regis University Denver, Colorado, USA. She is also an accredited professor in Strategic Management at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business.

Alexandre has over 20 years of experience in senior roles, directing sales, marketing and operations in China, Vietnam and the Philippines, including as a Regional Head of Business Unit for a large MNC based in Beijing and as an Executive Director of a Marketing Activation company based in Shanghai. He joined the Market Research Industry 6 years ago and became GM of Kantar Worldpanel Philippines 3 years ago.

Alexandre holds a BA in Management from the Neoma Business School of France and a Master Degree in Chinese Study from the University of Inalco in Paris.

Reynaldo “Rey” Lugtu is a veteran business executive and entrepreneur, a sought-after public speaker and trainer, an accomplished educator and business columnist. He has engaged with several companies and organizations on digital transformation and innovation, helping them in strategy and execution.
He is the President of Hungry Workhorse, a digital and culture transformation consultancy firm; and Co-Founder and Counselor of Caucus Inc, a data privacy and business advisory firm. He is also the chairman, independent director, co-founder, and adviser of several startup and tech companies.
He previously held senior executive roles in Microsoft, Samsung, Globe Telecom, Emerson, and IBM.
He is the Chairman of ICT Committee of the Financial Executives Institute of the Philippines (FINEX), Vice Chairman of ICT Committee of the Management Association of the Philippines (MAP), Member of Advisory Board of Global Chamber Manila, and Board of Trustee of the Foundation of Outstanding Mapuans Inc (FOMI).
He is Professorial Lecturer in the MBA program of De La Salle University, where he has been teaching for 15 years.
He is a business columnist and writer for Manila Times, Manila Bulletin, Business World, The Standard.
He earned his MBA from DLSU where he is also finishing his doctorate. He finished courses in business from INSEAD-Wharton University of Pennsylvania, China Europe International Business School, and Helsinki School of Economics.

Michael Ngo Dee has been working for the past decade on mobile and web technologies with different types of organizations. He has rendered services in various fields, including: consulting, marketplaces and technology.
At his most recent employment at Lazada as SVP of Supply Chain in the Philippines, he spent a bulk of his time thinking through various operational disciplines specifically on the creation and deployment of supply chain policies, first mile management and reverse logistics.

Ernest Lingad was born and raised in Subic Olongapo City Philippines on May 3, 1989.
He studied Fashion Design at the Fashion Institute of the Philippines on year 2006. One of his biggest academical achievement is being a National Level Awardee for Best Thesis when he experimented with Snake plant and came up with a new fabric using it. When he graduated, he went straight to working on his career.
He has been in the fashion retail industry for 8 years. Daniel Hechter was the company where he first worked as a designer. Now he is the Head Fashion Designer and General Manager of Apartment 8 Clothing Corporation.
Mr. Lingad is now a part of a corporation that’s growing bigger and faster every year. Apartment 8 currently has 18 branches nationwide and is widely popular in social media. He focuses on designing couture and ready-to-wear pieces for the brand’s clients (brides, debutantes, celebrities, public figures). Also, he is a huge part of the marketing, merchandising and retail team.
Alongside the core team of Apartment 8 Clothing, They are now aiming towards reaching a wider range of clients globally by opening branches in other countries and reinforcing stronger marketing strategies.

Victor Paterno is an engineer by education, experience, and disposition that fell into retailing when he joined the company at his father the Chairman’s invitation as Construction and Maintenance Manager in 1993. The assignment was supposed to be temporary, but finding challenge in the hidden complexities of retailing and satisfaction in its immediate, tangible results, he stayed on longer than planned. He was appointed President and CEO in 2005 by majority shareholders President Chain Store of Taiwan.

A onetime technology entrepreneur, he believes in the potential for technology to transform small-format retail.

An avid road and mountain bike racer, one of the biggest perks of his job is being able to support cycling in the country as an extension of the brand’s cycling heritage. 7-Eleven sponsors the country’s top pro team, and holds its largest bike race, among its other CSR efforts.

He is married to Melissa Balinghasay Paterno, and they have two young children.
